Great value for money and friendly staff. This hotel is perfect for exploring the local area with lots of nearby shops, restaurants, and some familiar fast food chains too. the modern rooms and public areas are well-maintained and really clean.

The restaurant was a bit of a letdown with plain and misleading dishes. But, we saw this as an opportunity to explore some of the local eateries instead.

We were really impressed with this place. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby eateries and souvenir shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we got the non-smoking room we requested promptly. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Asian and Western food, and the service was top-notch. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My stay at Kyriad in Banda Aceh was fantastic. The spacious room and comfortable bed provided me with a peaceful and restful sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring delicious Indonesian and continental options. I especially enjoyed trying the jamu. The fast check-in and check-out process made my stay even more convenient. On my last day, they even provided a delicious packed breakfast since I had to leave early in the morning. I truly appreciated this gesture.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern hotel facilities, and the convenient location to the city centre made transportation a breeze. The hotel's breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and western options. Had an incredible New Year at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing with excellent service. Rooms were spotless, cozy and had a comfy bedding system that gave us a peaceful rest. The breakfast which was included and it was fantastic! There were so many choices from fruits to smoked bacon. Best of all, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and close to some great restaurants where we enjoyed eating out.

One drawback was that the room did not have a clock, so we had to rely on our phones for alarms. , there was not much information provided about activities in the area and ferry departure times which could have been helpful for planning our day.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Baiturrahman mosque, which was great for early morning subuh prayer. It is also situated in the center of the city, making it a great location to explore the capital city. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, and the staff provided good service. The breakfast buffet had a good range of Asian and Western options.

The hotel seemed to have some issues with room availability and timing, as some guests reported their room not being ready on time.
